Senior Director of Grant Compliance

Roseann is the Senior Director of Grant Compliance to ensuring the successful management of grants funded by a variety of donors including government agencies, private, foundation, and others. She prepares documentation, reports, and works to ensure that contractual and funder regulations are being met

Roseann reports to the Vice President of Programs and Research, and works with internal staff, contractors, and grant entities. A key function is maintaining relationships with staff at funding agencies and being familiar with agency billing requirements and processes. 

Roseann has over 26 years’ experience in nonprofit development and management that includes volunteer recruitment, program development and management, resource development, and executive director leadership.

She currently serves on the Victim’s Assistance and Law Enforcement Board in La Plata County that falls within the Sixth Judicial District of Colorado District Attorney’s Office. Here she supports local nonprofits with operating funds.

Roseann grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She has lived in Durango, Colorado for 33 years and graduated from Fort Lewis College with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and women’s studies. 

In her free time, Roseann loves being outdoors with her family doing just about anything, especially hiking, paddle boarding, backpacking, and bike riding. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.
