Danielle is a motivated, personable business professional with experience in project management and all aspects of a project throughout development and implementation. She has a knack for making ideas happen and setting deadlines to obtain a larger goal. She aligns projects with overall organizational goals, constructs work plans, supports outreach, and communicates program functions to the Chief Program Officer. Her organizational skills help optimize tasks both internally and externally for AISES. She also assists in managing grant budgets, designing collaborative approaches, and informing the Director of Grant Compliance on programmatic reporting and steps to successful grant compliance. Danielle was born and raised in Northwestern Ohio. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Public Health degree. She interned as a Program Assistant at the YMCA during the COVID-19 pandemic. Danielle is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle who likes finding alternative healthy recipes for all age groups. She is a certified nutritionist and incorporates exercise in her daily life. Danielle is the youngest of three and a proud aunt to two beautiful nieces. She enjoys DIY crafting and spending quality time with friends and family. An avid traveler, Aruba is one of her favorite travel destinations worldwide!
