"I am extremely honored to have been selected as the recipient of the AISES AT Anderson Scholarship. Thank you for your generosity; your gift has opened many doors for academic opportunities throughout my university experience. With your assistance and encouragement, I have no doubt that I will advance my knowledge, creativity, ingenuity, and ability to provide for my community. Higher education is the first step to gaining knowledge and developing the skills needed to be a leader and face society’s problems with a solution in mind. Your gracious gift has allowed me to explore pathways in my educational journey to equip myself with the skills needed to make a significant change in Native American communities. I am proud to represent the AISES organization throughout my education and subsequent career as I work to make a meaningful impact in our world and better the lives of the deserving people in our community."
