How to Become or Enroll a Sequoyah Fellow

Whether you are interested in a Sequoyah Fellowship for yourself or to honor a friend, family member, employee, or co-worker, there are two payment options available.

 

Option #1: One-Time Payment in Full

  

Option #2: Self-Assigned Payment Program 

  
 

One payment in the full amount of $1000.00 (USD) Pay online (using credit or debit card) or pay by mail using check, money order, or credit card, in U.S. Dollars.

Make checks payable to AISES.

Completed Membership Application and payment should be mailed to:

Individuals may choose this option and determine the amount and frequency of their payments over a maximum of twelve months. Download the Sequoyah Pledge Form. 

  • Sequoyah Pledges have a maximum period of twelve (12) months to complete payment of their Sequoyah Membership.
