Membership Manager

The Membership Manager is responsible for working in collaboration with the Engagement and Advocacy Team to recruit and retain members and to drive participation in AISES membership, programs, and opportunities. This position will manage all the administrative work for the department and provide excellent customer service to current members and those contacting AISES about membership or questions about its programming. This will include supporting the Director of Outreach in social media communication efforts. This position will do significant work in multiple databases including data entry, maintenance, and the management of data collection. Additionally, the Membership Manager will work with other departments, including Events, Programs, and Development to help ensure that AISES events, programs, and partners are successful. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, friendly, and eager to learn.

Engagement Officer

This position will require passion and experience in supporting students and professionals to be successful, as well as creative thinking. The ideal candidate will have a strong motivation to reach out to others, facilitate engagement, and to provide resources.

Career Success Program Officer

AISES is looking for a candidate who understands the landscape of higher education for Native students (undergraduate and graduate) and post-docs, and who is passionate about advocating for Native scholars in STEM higher education. Work would include providing professional development for students and early career professionals in a variety of career paths from engineering and tech industry to academia.

Senior Development Officer

The Senior Development Officer has the primary responsibility for drafting, implementing, and tracking an annual fundraising plan to help meet the annual and long-term revenue goals of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES). The Senior Development Officer will identify funding sources, conduct research, and write grants, proposals, and seek event and program sponsorships. The Senior Development Officer will be the primary grant writer, working collaboratively across departments.
