
According to AISES Bylaws, the Board of Directors is elected by the AISES membership. The Board also includes National Student Representatives who attend all Board meetings but are non-voting members.

*Note: The AISES Bylaws as of January 2021 are in a continued review and update process by the AISES Governance Committee. Resolutions to modify the Bylaws were recommended by the Governance Committee and approved by the AISES Board and Members in 2020 and are reflected in the 1/2021 version of the Bylaws. A remaining resolution is pending and will be re-introduced to the Board and the members in late 2021. AISES hopes to have all updates completed by 2022.
