AISES maintains a database of member resumes. National Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors are provided access to this important talent pool of STEM professionals and college students. Resumes are maintained over a one-year cycle beginning in mid-October.

 

Corporate Users — log in to query the database using the corporate username and password that was This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

AISES Members — log into the AISES Portal to update your contact information, educational information, and upload your resume.

 

Member Use

The online AISES Resume Database offers AISES student and professional members an opportunity to make their resumes available to the corporations, government agencies, tribal enterprises, and others exhibiting at the National Conference career fair. These organizations interact year-round with the database with information about employment, co-ops, internships, and other opportunities.

Current AISES College student members are required to add their resumes to the Online Resume Database in order to receive the discounted  registration rate to National Conference. The online tool is the only means of uploading a resume to the database. Students attending National Conference are reminded that computer and copying equipment is not provided by AISES. In addition to uploading one's resume, students should bring at least 30 copies of the resume with them to the conference. To ensure your resume is ready to be viewed by potential employers at the Career Fair, submit your resume by October 5.

 

How to Upload Your Resume

Please be advised your resume will not be validly uploaded unless your membership is current.

  1. Log in to the AISES portal   
  2. Under Career Center, click on Step 1: Update My Career Profile
    Make sure all your information is correct and up-to-date. These are the fields that companies, organizations, and other entities will use to search your profile.
  3. Once your profile is updated, click Confirm.
  4. Click on Step 2: Manage My Resumes
    Click on one of the two options given:
    • Upload a Microsoft Word or PDF version of your Resume
    • Cut and Paste Your Resume
  5. Hit Submit

If for any reason you do not want your resume to be searchable by sponsors and exhibitors, please uncheck "Include in Directory."
