Reminder: Comments on AISES Resolutions are due by October 26.

The Governance Committee requests AISES Member input on a series of resolutions to modify the AISES Bylaws. The resolutions, minutes, and additional documents are posted here https://www.aises.org/2020-members-meeting. Please review the resolutions. Comments on the 2019 Membership Meeting Minutes are also welcome.

The open comment period for members to offer additional discussion items, comments, and/or suggested edits ends on October 26. Please comment by e-mail to Amy Weinstein at aweinstein@aises.org no later than Monday, October 26 with the resolution number (ex. #X20A-AISES) in the subject line. After the comment period ends, the information will be shared with the Governance Committee and the suggestions will be considered for inclusion into the resolutions and/or 2019 minutes. The Governance Committee will then bring the resolutions to the AISES Board at its meeting in December 2020. Once finalized and recommended by the AISES Board, the resolutions will be presented to the Membership at a special meeting date to be determined and a virtual vote will be conducted.

For those unable to attend the AISES Membership Meeting on October 17 a recording will be made available online at a later date.
