10 Native STEM Enterprises to Watch
Nominate a tribe or tribal enterprise for the 2021
10 Native STEM Enterprises List
Native American–owned businesses are growing across the board. The boom in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) job growth worldwide, especially in fields like energy and technology, is a big part of the story. Tribes and individual Native entrepreneurs are finding innovative ways to use their skills to benefit their communities. More than ever, Native enterprises are creating desirable jobs in Indian Country. All these growing opportunities are important to the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES). After all, an important part of the AISES mission centers on fostering the growth of STEM opportunities within our communities.
Join AISES in nominating a tribe or tribal enterprise for the 10 Native STEM Enterprises feature coming in the Fall 2021 issue of the AISES Winds of Change magazine. Perhaps you know a business (large or small) that is exemplary in workforce and business development, philanthropy, support of education, STEM knowledge, and overall corporate values.
Please nominate an organization in this 5-minute survey. Then, sit back and watch for the Fall 2021 Winds of Change magazine to land in your mailbox to see who made the list. While you're waiting check out the 2020 list here.
The 10 Native STEM Enterprises to Watch survey will close on April 15.
