AISES Energy Scholarship, Mentorship and Workforce Development Cohort Program

Mentor Interest Surveys accepted on a rolling basis.

Final deadline: Friday, March 12, 2021 or when all slots are filled.

Mentors are needed for the AISES Energy Scholarship, Mentorship and Workforce Development Cohort Program!

AISES is recruiting 12 mentors to pair with 24 Native STEM students who are transitioning from 2-year colleges to 4-year colleges and have an interest in energy or energy related fields. Mentors will provide support with the transition and provide guidance on career exploration and workforce preparation. This year-long program will match and support participants in one-on-one mentorship.

In collaboration with AISES staff, mentors will co-create a mentorship plan, have monthly mentor/mentee meetings, and participate in AISES pre-conference sessions. Interest surveys will be reviewed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis until March 12, 2021. Mentorship matches will be made in March 2021.
