Notice of Electronic Vote of the AISES Membership on Resolutions to Modify the AISES Bylaws

On September 25, 2021, at 10:00 AM HST; 1:00 PM PDT; Phoenix, AZ 1:00 PM MST; 2:00 PM MDT; 3:00 PM CDT; 4:00 PM EDT, AISES will open an electronic vote for members to consider two resolutions to modify the AISES Bylaws. Voting will close on Monday, October 11 at 5:00 PM HST; 9:00 PM PDT; 10:00 PM MDT; 11:00 PM CDT; 12:00 AM EDT.

The AISES Governance Committee recommended two resolutions that propose to modify the AISES Bylaws to the AISES Board of Directors on August 6, 2021. These resolutions were reviewed and approved by the AISES Board of Directors on August 6. Per AISES Bylaws review and approval of the resolutions is needed by the AISES membership is needed before the Bylaws can be modified.

The AISES Board of Directors respectfully ask the AISES members to consider the resolutions presented and to vote “Yes” or “No” on whether the resolutions should be passed. Click here to review Resolution 101121A and Resolution 101121B. After your review and consideration, please vote here.
