Call for nominations for the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine upcoming committee on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Anticipatory Research

 

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is currently requesting nominations for our upcoming committee on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Anticipatory Research. Committee members will identify emerging scientific and technological advances that EPA's Office of Research and Development might use in support of EPA's mission for protecting human health and the environment.

 

We are seeking nominations of people to serve on this study committee with expertise in a wide range of disciplines that can be applied to current and emerging environmental challenges. We are identifying experts in areas including, but not limited to, the relevant expertise areas listed below. In addition to their expertise, we are searching for individuals who can bring a diversity of perspectives to the committee, including those of Native American and Indigenous scholars.
