Participate in Your Membership!

In conjunction with its Annual Conference in Phoenix, Arizona AISES will hold the annual meeting of its membership. Join other members on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 2:30 – 3:20 PM, Phoenix, AZ MST (10:30 AM HST; 12:30 PM AKST; 2:30 PM PDT; 3:30 PM MDT; 4:30 PM CDT; 5:30 PM EDT) to engage in the business of the membership. The meeting is open to all conference registrants but only members are eligible to vote. The meeting will be live streamed for those unable to attend in-person and you will need to register for the conference to view the stream.

The upcoming September meeting will include an in-person vote on the meeting agenda and the previous year’s meeting minutes. Those attending virtually will not be able to vote on these items. However, there are two resolutions that require the vote of AISES members, and these will be offered to all members on the AISES website beginning September 25 and a virtual vote will be held until October 11. Look for a “Call for Vote” sent via e-mail announcement for specifics. AISES will communicate back to the membership on the outcome of the vote.

Participation in the business of your AISES membership is important and can include voting for Board of Directors candidates and resolutions presented by the AISES Board of Directors that require action from members, and for members to share their needs, priorities, suggestions. AISES exists for you, and we invite you to engage with us!
