Bring FIRST Robotics to Your Local School or Youth Organization!

 

 

Do you love robotics? Do you have a team, or have been wanting to start a team at your local Elementary, Middle, High School, after school program, or other youth organization? Are you in need of funding? Then keep reading!

 

What is FIRST Robotics?

FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is a robotics community that prepares young people for the future through a suite of inclusive, team-based robotics programs for ages 4-18 (PreK-12) that can be facilitated in school or in structured afterschool programs. Teams operate under a signature set of FIRST Core Values to conduct research, fundraise, design, build, and showcase their achievements during annual challenges.

 

An international not-for-profit organization (501(c)(3)) founded by accomplished inventor Dean Kamen in 1989, FIRST has a on STEM learning, interest, and skill-building well beyond high school. of FIRST programs gain access to exclusive scholarships, internships, and other opportunities that create connections and open pathways to a wide variety of careers.

To apply for registration funding, you must already be a registered “FIRST Robotics” team. Visit to register your team.

 

Registration opens up November 1st, 2021!

Once you have a registered team, please complete our form to apply for funding! Be sure you are a current AISES member with your membership ID number handy when you complete your application! is free for Students!

 

Apple is teaming up with the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) to provide scholarship funding for Indigenous youth to register and compete with FIRST Robotics! A big thank you to Apple for funding these scholarships!
