Announcing the Annual Meeting of the

AISES Membership

October 17, 2020 | 1:00-2:00 PM MDT

The annual meeting of the AISES Membership will be held during the AISES National Conference, a virtual event running from October 15 – 17, 2020. The Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 17 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM MDT. This meeting will be delivered live to those who have registered for the Conference. (Note: You must register by October 5 in order to gain entry to the Conference). Those in attendance will be logged and counted and questions and answers will go through a chat system.

For those unable to attend the AISES National Conference, the session will be recorded, and the session and meeting materials will be made available on the AISES website following the Conference. Virtual voting (available only to current AISES members) on any resolutions previously approved by the AISES Board of Directors at their meeting of October 13, 2002 will be open beginning October 17 at 2:00 PM MDT and will close at a date yet to be determined. AISES will send out an announcement with the links to the recording of the meeting, meeting materials, and to vote.

The State of AISES will be presented as part of the AISES National Conference on Saturday, October 17 from 12:30 – 1:00 PM MDT and will also be available on the AISES website after the Conference.
