What’s the problem you’re solving with your idea? Who are you solving the problem for? In this 60-minute workshop, the Change Labs business coaches will introduce (or re-introduce) the Business Model Canvas, a visual tool to help any startup founder organize their thoughts and communicate a business idea. We’ll work together to fill in the canvas for a company we all know -- Amazon.com -- and close the session with an overview of one aspect of your business model that is not covered in the Canvas: your business legal structure and tribal business registration requirements.
