CAPT Jeffrey Trussler
2008 AISES Executive Excellence Award
Captain Trussler is the Deputy Director Submarine Officer Distribution for the United States Navy. He plans and coordinates Navy Personnel Command’s training and presentation to fleet units, leadership training pipelines, and deploying battle groups and amphibious ready groups in support of Chief of Naval Operations emphasis upon career development. In his assignments, CDR Trussler has completed 4 Western Pacific Deployments and 11 Strategic Deterrent Patrols. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and his M.A. in Managerial Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Captain Trussler is from the Cherokee Nation and married to the former Kirsten Rae Taylor. |
